Families deserve a clear process before they commit to large consulting fees. OCS Connect starts with building a useful recruiting profile: sporting evidence, academics, intended entry and a realistic family budget.
OCS reviews the profile and asks for specific improvements where needed. Once approved, coaches can assess the full recruiting information and request an introduction when they want a genuine conversation about their programme.
The family can review the interest, choose whether to unlock the introduction and suggest meeting times in their own time zone. The coach and family receive the contact details and the agreed meeting invitation.
After a conversation, both sides can record whether it went ahead and whether there is a serious fit. Coaches can prepare a clear cost and scholarship breakdown; families can review an offer and request guidance on the next steps.
It is a practical change in how we deliver our service: build the evidence first, bring relevant interest to the family, and offer introductions and support as needed. A profile or introduction does not guarantee an offer or scholarship.
