Oliver Templeton

Experience on both sides of the journey

Oliver Templeton is a former international student-athlete who experienced studying, competing and earning a degree in the United States firsthand. Oliver Charles Sports Management was founded in 2014 and began as his final MBA project and grew into the recruitment and management service families use today.

The team helps international students and student-athletes explore U.S. high schools and universities, coordinate applications and plan their transition to campus. Its work continues after placement, with support through a student’s time in education.

Meet the recruitment team

Daniel Trigg, Student-Athlete Placement Specialist, brings his own experience of the junior college and NCAA Division II pathway, and supports families in English and Spanish.

How we work

We assess each student’s academic profile, sporting background where relevant, budget and goals before discussing suitable options. Schools, coaches and governing bodies make their own admissions, scholarship and eligibility decisions.
