What It Takes

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Success in this program requires hard work, dedication, and a commitment to building your club over time. You should approach this with the mindset that within 12 months, this could be your full-time career. If you bring that focus and determination, you will succeed.

The core of this role is marketing and communication. You need to be motivated to build a brand and understand that this doesn’t happen overnight. It will take at least three months before your club is ready to launch and generate significant revenue. But when you do launch, you’ll be bringing in full teams, not just a handful of players.

You must also be comfortable using technology, or willing to learn, including leveraging AI tools that can help you scale faster without sacrificing quality. This job requires you to be proactive, effective in communication, and dedicated to using the resources available to build a lasting and successful brand.

You need to want to do this, and be ready to invest both the time and money to be part of our agency. We’re here to support you, but we expect you to go all in. If you’re not the type of person willing to fully commit and put in the work, this program isn’t for you.

Comprehensive Support Through Slack and Regular Meetings

We understand the importance of consistent support and communication. That’s why we use Slack as our project management tool, giving you direct access to one-on-one meetings, resources, and benchmark goals. We meet bi-weekly to assess your progress, but we’re in contact daily via Slack, ensuring you always have the guidance you need.

All of our resources—whether marketing materials or administrative tools—are easily accessible within Slack. In addition to personal support, we host group calls and monthly webinars focused on revenue growth and marketing strategies that have proven to work. We are fully invested in your success, and our structure is designed to help you achieve your financial goals.

How we get paid

Our fee structure is simple and designed to align with your success. We charge a club fee of $10,000 which can be financed over 36 months. Our roadmap expects you to have at least 100 players after 12 months, making this fee easily justifiable based on the revenue you’ll generate.

In addition to the monthly fee, we take a 6% management fee on all revenue your club generates. This is a small fee considering the extensive access, knowledge, and resources you gain by partnering with us.

We’ve helped our partnered clubs generate close to $2,000,000 in revenue this year alone, and we’re continuously identifying new locations and opportunities that could make our members millions of dollars over the coming years. Beyond revenue, we’ve even invested in ten residential properties valued at $3M to accommodate players traveling to be part of our programs, which is another product line our partners can sell.

With college coaches flying in to scout players from our clubs on a weekly basis, it’s clear that our programs deliver quality and provide real opportunities for players. We offer a great product in a market where the bar is low—if you’re looking to make significant money while making a lasting impact on players’ lives, this program is for you.

The Process: From Kick-Off to Club Growth

where do you start?

We start with a kick-off call and meet weekly for the first month. During this time, you’ll be tasked with setting up the foundation of your club. This includes choosing a team name, finalizing your logo and club colors, and sourcing the perfect location—a critical decision, and we’ll guide you toward the best option. You’ll also create a contact list in your selected location and start building relationships with local entities through emails and Zooms.

As we progress, we’ll move on to league registrations, scheduling, and securing contracts with colleges and community fields. By this stage, your coaching staff will be in place—starting with two coaches and growing to four by mid-way through the second year.

Once everything is lined up, it’s time for the club launch announcement. We’ll promote tryouts and run a strong social media campaign to ensure your club gets the visibility it needs. From there, we’ll focus on growing your club and making it a key player in the local soccer community.

Limited Availability and Our Commitment to Your Success

We are currently accepting a maximum of 40 partners, ensuring we can provide each one with the dedicated attention needed for success. Our full-time team of four manages all aspects of partner growth, and each team member is either a club owner or a partner in the clubs themselves, so you’re working with experienced professionals. We have 25 open markets available and expect to have 40 by the end of the year. We continue to build out our own clubs as well as fill other markets with our partners, such as yourself.
