Oliver Charles Sports Management was founded in 2014. In 2026, we celebrate twelve years of helping athletes and families navigate sport and education in the United States.
The work starts well before a college conversation: understanding the athlete, presenting the right evidence, and giving the family a clear picture of the choices ahead. It continues through introductions and practical support as the journey develops.
OCS Connect brings that approach into one place. Families can create a profile, respond to genuine coach interest, coordinate conversations and access guidance when they need it. Creating a profile is free; introductions and optional services are paid for when selected.
Our next chapter includes the planned 2027 launches of IFC Zion and IFC Kutztown and three university-backed rugby teams. We will share confirmed locations, partners and participation details as each programme develops.
