What does it cost to get started?
Creating an account and building your profile is free. There is no large upfront consulting fee to begin. Introductions and optional support services use credits; the app shows the price before you choose. See current services and prices.
Can a parent create the profile?
Yes. A player or parent can begin. Invite the other person using their own email so both accounts join the same family profile and you can manage the journey together.
What happens after I submit my profile?
OCS or your assigned agent reviews it. If more information is needed, you receive a task showing what to update. Approved profiles become visible to coaches. Keep your footage, academics and availability current as your journey develops.
How do coach introductions work?
A coach reviews your profile and asks to speak with you. You and your family receive a notification and can choose whether to unlock it, decline or request more time. Unlocking shares contact information and lets both sides arrange a recruiting conversation. A request is an expression of interest; any offer is a later decision by the college.
How are calls arranged across time zones?
Both sides choose availability in their own time zone. When a time is agreed, OCS Connect coordinates the calendar invitation and Google Meet link. If the proposed times don’t work, either side can suggest alternatives. Join with the Google account invited to the meeting.
Can we get help reviewing an offer and planning next steps?
Yes. Review the offer’s costs, scholarships and deadline together in the portal. You can request more time and book optional agent support with credits when you want help understanding your next steps. College admission and financial-aid documentation are handled by the college.
