For Dayton-area players working toward college soccer, development and recruitment should happen together. Train with IFC Dayton, build film from real competition, and work with Oliver Charles to approach programs that fit your playing level, academics and budget.

The program runs within IFC Dayton’s senior men’s soccer environment at Stuart Field on the University of Dayton campus. UPSL matchday opportunities are earned through readiness and selection.

Meet your head coach

Sid van Druenen

IU Indy head coach, 2022–2026

Sid brings experience from both college and senior soccer. Across four seasons leading IU Indy, he coached Horizon League Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year honorees and took the Jaguars to the 2022 conference tournament final.

Previously on the staff at Wright State and a head coach at Dayton Dutch Lions, he understands the step from player development to college recruitment. He holds UEFA B and USSF B coaching licenses.

Monthly membership

$100/month

Six-month minimum, then rolling monthly. Covers the training, competition, film and recruitment services listed above.

$800 joining + six monthly payments of $100. No payment is taken when you apply.

Who can apply?

High-school-age players, post-graduates and college players considering a transfer in and around Dayton. Every player is assessed individually. Contact us to confirm age and squad suitability before applying.

When and where do we train?

Weekly training is planned at Stuart Field on the University of Dayton campus, with monthly recorded showcase fixtures. Confirm the next start date, training days and times with the team during your introductory call.

Are UPSL minutes or a college offer guaranteed?

No. UPSL matchday selection depends on readiness, eligibility and the coach’s decision. College offers depend on playing level, academics, program needs and available places. The membership provides coaching, film and active recruitment support.

Can I stay with my current school or club?

The program is designed to complement existing commitments. Share your schedule and check any school, club or governing-body participation rules before joining.

What is the minimum cost?

The minimum program fee is $1,400: an $800 joining fee plus six monthly payments of $100. The joining fee covers the kit, recruiting profile and signing announcement. Training, showcase fixtures, applicable tournament entry, filming, two highlight packages and placement support are included.

What happens after six months?

Membership continues at $100 per month on a rolling basis. Confirm the written cancellation notice and any travel, accommodation or other third-party costs before accepting a place.

What happens after I apply?

We review your application, arrange a conversation with you and your family, and assess you live or through match footage. If it is a fit, we offer a place and explain the membership terms. Applying is free and no payment is taken on this page.
