Year one total: $3,400 — compared to the $5,000–$10,000+ upfront fees typical of private recruiting consultants.
Government fees such as the SEVIS fee and MRV visa application fee are paid directly by the family as they are mandated by U.S. authorities. All OCR services — management, administration, negotiation, and ongoing support — are covered by the enrolment fee and monthly retainer. No surprises, no extras.

What does the $1,000 enrolment fee cover?
The enrolment fee is paid once at sign-up and covers the foundation of your athlete’s journey: a complete evaluation and honest level assessment, the build of their recruiting profile and highlight material, and a personalised placement roadmap. It is the groundwork every successful placement is built on.
When does the $200/month start?
The retainer begins from the point of engagement — when we formally start working on your athlete’s placement — and covers everything from active recruitment right through to enrollment on campus and beyond.
What is the minimum commitment?
A minimum of 12 months. After that the retainer continues on a rolling monthly basis for as long as your athlete is actively managed by OCR — typically through to graduation and OPT visa guidance.
Does the price cover transfer management?
Yes. If your athlete needs to transfer — for athletic, academic, or personal reasons — we manage the entire process as part of the ongoing retainer at no additional cost.
Are there any fees on top of the enrolment fee and the $200?
OCR services are covered by the enrolment fee and monthly retainer. College and living costs, travel, insurance, government fees, eligibility registration and other third-party charges are separate. We help families compare these costs before they commit.
What does ongoing management look like after placement?
The retainer continues to cover active management throughout your athlete’s time on campus — monthly updates, direct consultant access, coach and administration liaison, compliance monitoring, and any issues that arise. The $200 does not become a passive charge once they arrive; we remain actively involved.
