Read IFC Dayton Kicks Off This FallWe are proud to announce the launch of our latest ICAP program: IFC Dayton, kicking off this fall in the UPSL Premier Ohio/Indy Division.
Built in partnership with the University of Dayton, IFC Dayton is the newest of our own semi-professional sport environments — created to give the players we represent a professional, preparatory setting where they compete at a high level while earning their degree at a world-class institution.
It is the latest example of what makes our ICAP programme the only pathway of its kind in the United States: rather than placing players into someone else's environment, we build the environment ourselves, alongside education partners who share our standards.

Players live and train in a professional environment every day — combining daily training, competitive fixtures, academic support, and individual development plans — with a direct, visible pathway into the Truro City first team.
With pathways for aspiring professionals, gap-year players, and international students boarding through Truro School, the academy connects directly into our placement network across England, Spain, and the United States — including the U.S. college route through Oliver Charles.

Read Southern Utah FC Becomes IFC CedarSouthern Utah FC has a new name: IFC Cedar. The rebrand marks the next step in the growth of the International Football Collective — Oliver Charles Sports Management's portfolio of semi-professional clubs, built for the players we manage.
Every IFC club is built and treated like a professional club. Our players compete and develop year-round, market themselves to college programs, and play at an extremely high level — in an environment managed by the same agency that manages them.
The reasoning is simple. With the vast changes in the college game, owning our own clubs means our players are managed appropriately, without red tape. We push our players daily, get to know them as players and as people, and make sure every one of them has a club home outside of any college program. We give our players a home.
We want to keep our players for as long as we can — but we pride ourselves on providing as many options as possible. We encourage our players, and help them, secure consistent college offers, so that at any point in their career they have the opportunity to experience every aspect of the soccer portfolio through Oliver Charles.
